Welcome to the FAQs page! Below, you'll find answers to some common questions about my policies and services. If you can't find the information you're looking for, please feel free to CONTACT me directly.

  • I do! I am happy to ship my work around the world!

    Please note that shipping costs and delivery times vary from country to country

  • I aim to send out orders within 5-10 business days. Pending holidays. Please note that shipping times depend on the destination. Also larger original art pieces may take longer to prep and ship.

  • If you wish to change the shipping address for an order you have placed, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped I will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

    If an incorrect address is given and returns to me, I will email you letting you know and will request the correct address so that I can try sending it again. Shipping cost fees will be required to be covered by customer.

    • Stickers or small prints sent in envelopes do not include tracking.

    • Everything else should have a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email.

    • Sometimes orders take more than one package. In which case, multiple tracking numbers may be given.

    • Items are shipped through USPS.

    • The United States postal service can track your order up until it leaves the country. Please give time for it to arrive. The longest ship time to an out of country destination has taken almost 30 day from time of shipping.

    • If an order arrives broken please reach out to me. I can refund you the cost of the item, or send you a new one. If the item is a one of a kind then a refund will only be possible. Pictures of the damaged product may be requested. Downloadable digital products are non-refundable.

    • If your item has not shown up and for some reason can no longer be tracked, wait 4 weeks from the time you received your shipping notice. If you still have not received your order please contact me for a refund or a replacement to be sent.

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it's shipped, please contact me as soon as possible. Once shipped orders can not be canceled.

  • I am open and happy to discuss wholesale and consignment possibilities so feel free to get in touch and we can discuss the details further.

  • I will occasionally take on commission projects if I have the time as well as if the project aligns with the type of art I make. Some examples are:

    • Commissioned paintings

    • D&D characters and game art

    • Commercial illustrative design work
